Texture Editor Won't Run

can`t get it to run on my comp, have tried 32 and 64 bit versions
have .net 4.0 / slimdx 4.0
just wondered if anyone else had problems and found a way to get it running.

system specs, just in case
CPU: Intel Core i5 2400 3.10GHz | RAM: 4.00 GB | GFX: nVidia GeForce GTX 560Ti | Monitor: AOC 24" | OS: Win7 64bit

You will have slimdx 2.0 and 4.0 (march, 2011), not slimdx 2.0 and 4.0 (january, 2012)!

yes I do now, just found that in the fifa12 forum, wish they had mentioned that in the read me file, lol.
