I don't made tools, i just merged all FIFA data since 07 to now, so i could support you on global data, maybe i could make a large database for teams and players, or allow you to edit data in the browser then export to any format you need etc.

SoFIFA is a great site. I think if Rinaldo was able to help, we could develop it further so that people could make cmp patches directly from the site. The cmp patches I think are just a zip file with the database info in an encrypted XML format. How cool would it be to be able to 'build' your team or league from the data on soFIFA and dump it to a cmp that would just work in game...
