The 18 fully detailed teams in FIFA 2003

In some of the articles about the features of FIFA 2003 it has been said that 18 of the top European teams will be fully represented in FIFA 2003, meaning that each of these clubs will have their own stadium and team-specific chants etc. Also, I believe all the players in these 18 teams will be very detailed, including real faces.

But what are these 18 teams? I'm not looking to make a thread where everyone makes their prediction on which teams this elite group of 18 will include.

So does anyone have any inside information on this? If you do, please make a post here.

Judging by what I've seen, the game will most definitely feature Manchester United, Real Madrid, Arsenal, Bayer Leverkusen, Borussia Dortmund and Juventus. This is because I have seen screenshots or video with the respective teams' stadia.

Six down, twelve to go. Can anyone help me on this one?

Rivaldo's new side AC Milan would have to be included.

i hope by fifa 2004, they increase that...like every team in the champion's league tourneys...that are worthy...

That list is f*cking ridiculous. Where's Deportivo, also Chelsea or Leeds from England, AC Milan should be too. Anderlecht is there for no use and who put three French teams and only one Turkish? There should be also Fenerbahce from Turkey and Auxerre from France, at least it qualified for CL, unlike PSG. It should be more like 20 or 25... Then there would be every great European team including Norwegian and Danish

Thank you for the official list. It would be great if someone could name the source as well.

If this IS in fact the official list, then I agree with the people who claim that AC Milan and Deportivo should be in full detail. However, I'm Finnish and I'm delighted at Ajax being included in the elite 18.

As for who you THINK will be in the game, I don't think anyone cares!

The source is EASPORTS! this list is very old and all the users of this forum knows that information time ago.

There will be indeed 18 teams represented, that's official. The teams that will be represented are the G18 clubs, which means the top 18 clubs in europe (finance & footballing wise) as according to UEFA.

Listen, there is 18 TEAMS, not 50, 70 or any other, 18, thats not enough to put in countless amounts, the teams have to be evenly distributes, ie. 3 teams max from each league. They have to put a belgium team in, if it was 30 odd teams I'm sure, Newcastle, Chelsea, Celtic, AC Miland, Dep. La Cor, etc. will be in it.

I have no problem with the list.
