I'd say we have a pre accepted list? Also players shouldn't be able to be placed outside of positions they've played competitively before? Should we have a league or knockout+group system

Maybe only one formation type allowed (4-2-3-1 perhaps) but that might dampen the fun. Knockout would be more fun. My only issue with stuff like this is that after the group stage having players from teams that made it through is much more important than picking good players from teams that don't qualify to the 2nd round.

I'd think more of a 4-2-3-1, 4-3-3 and 4-4-2 then? Also it would go on average rating so the eliminated players would still count?

We should also find some world cup fantasy game, all join and make an SG league.

Btw I'll be without an Internet connection in June and July, probably (yay ), so if a mod can update the first post regularly with the results, scores and tables, that'd be awesome. If not I might be able to do it on the rare occasions I manage to log in, but it won't be constantly updated.

Nah, I don't have a smartphone. I'd say the health-hazardous levels of humidity on the front and roof of the building is a more unacceptable disruption to mine and everyone else's life. I will still probably be able to log like once every two days or something because I can get wifi pretty easily in most places, but I have to use someone else's laptop or phone because I only have the desktop PC and won't be able to log 24/7 from there like I usually do. So if I don't update it, any of the mods please do.
