Skip you must be dreaming if you think ur Pats are going to beat my skins :) . We almost pulled a come from behind victory on the Giants and we showed we got the heart to fight. The Pats on the other hand will be stuggling on defense so look for Laverneus Coles to shred their defense, shouldn't have got rid of Lawyer Milloy

P.S. Stunna your Niners are looking horrible, I told my cousin, who's a fane of the Niners, that they wouldn't do anything with Dennis Ericson, they're so stupid for getting rid of Marriuci

Yeah, the decision to fire Mariucci was f*cking ridiculous. Bad move considering Erikson isn't a proven NFL coach. So he did absolutely nothing for the Seahawks while he was there.

Raiders v Broncos tonight.:rockman: Hope the old guys can get it going since we have played like crap the last two games. Jerry Porter being out injured isn't helping us either. Hope he gets back soon.

did anyone see the Cardinals - Packers highlights?

That last play of the game had me on the edge of my seat. I was thinking that the Packers were gonna score for sure...but Dexter Carlos*son picked it off!!!

Hehe, my friend was talking to me about that today. She is a big Packers fan so she was pretty pissed about that play. Packers have been far from impressive this season. I feel sorry for Favre. Favre and I have the same birthday btw. :crazyboy: (H)

hehe, i know u love ur redskins but they arent too consistent....they do have coles (hes awsome) and ramsey, but no real running game and they beat 2 teams that arent exactly "playoff material", and lost to the giants (IMO the softest team in the NFL), on the other hand the Pats already got over the lawyer milloy insident, and their defence is carryin them (if u dont think that then u didnt watch the eagles and jets game) anyways ur entitled to ur opinion and so do i but on sunday well see whos for real ;)

Patriots of course!!! :mrpimp: :) :rockman:

GO PATRIOTS!!!! Rough opening game. But we killed the Eagles and Jets! Redskins are a good team, but i think the Pats can still beat them easily if they have Patten and Ty Law completely healthy. :) . One more thing

Raiders suck ;)

Yep, it was bull****, definitely a fumble. And I guess in week 1 McNair's arm was going forward more than Brady's and they called it a fumble.

He TUCKED! Didnt try to throw! I hate it when everyone needs to rag on the Patriots that year. They were incredible. Dominated the Steelers in the Conference Finals in Pittsburg, but yet they still "SUCK!" Give some credit to them. McNair did not see the defender, therefore tried throwing the ball and causing a fumble. Brady saw the Oakland Linebackers and tucked the ball.

But don't you see!!! Since Brady didn't try to throw it couldn't possibly be an incomplete pass. How can it be a pass when you aren't passing!! It's a completely bull**** rule, but don't get me wrong, I'm not taking anything away from the Pats, and I won money on them in the Super Bowl that year. But that's a fumble.

From Week 1's TMQ on espn.com's Page 2

Football Gods Repay Raiders: During the Oakland-New England Snow Bowl, Tom Brady fumbled and everyone knew it. But the zebras apparently called it right based on the obscure "tuck rule." Here is an excerpt from the league's January 2002 formal statement explaining the rule:

"Citing Rule 3, Section 21, Article 2 of the NFL rulebook, [Chief of officials] Mike Pereira noted that whenever the quarterback moves his arm forward to pass and the ball ends up coming out, it is a forward pass and not a fumble."

Comes now the Sunday night Raiders-Flaming Thumbtacks game. Steve McNair starts his arm forward, tries to pull the ball back, is hit before he can tuck it; referee Ron Blum's call is fumble and Oakland ball. Blum explains, "The tuck rule does not apply because the quarterback had the ball under control." But wait, in the league's 2002 Snow Bowl statement, fans were told, "Whenever the quarterback moves his arm forward to pass and the ball ends up coming out, it is a forward pass and not a fumble." McNair moved his arm forward to pass and the ball ended up coming out. So why wasn't it "a forward pass and not a fumble"?
