Apparently, we can't find the players that could improve Arsenal. That hardly matters given we are mentally weak as usual.
Wenger just has faith in youth. He also suffers from some unwillingness to sign an experienced defensive midfielder.

Griezmann and Vietto were/are unrealistic. The latter was always going to join Simeone at Atlético and Griezmann was never going to leave them. Even Chelsea couldn't get him, didn't they try to throw like 65 million euros at Atléti or something?

Griezmann has a buyout clause and not unrealistic at all.

If Griezmann leaves Atleti it will be for a bigger club, not Arsenal, a step back in his career.

Alexis is the first player to score a hattrick in Spain, Italy and England. Happy for him, complete performance today.

That was impressive. I was shocked when I saw the scoreline and had to do a double take to make sure you were actually on top.

Rather boringly, today in the Premier League went almost exactly as would have been suggested by preseason expectations (Leicester comeback the other minor surprise), meaning all these great wins for United, Arsenal, City and, to a lesser extent, Chelsea, but little ground actually gained in relative terms.
