Thanks for all the great positive feedback.

He is the best player I have ever seen and unlike most players nowadays, was loyal and stuck with Southampton FC throughout his career...

...Because he did not play for a bigger club, he did'nt get into the England squad to often which was a real shame.

It did, because he kept rejecting offers from the likes of Man UTD, the England managers thought he was'nt determined and if he had joined a bigger club, he would of been a cert to play for England.

Le tissier was a legend man :rockman: .
But i think a large part of why he didn't play regularly for england was the fact that in half of his games it looked like he didn't give a sh*t. although he always upped his game against Man U.

Yeh true, i think the word to describe him is Mercurial, on his day he was one of the best.

Definitely one of the most under-rated player ever. I've been lucky enough to see this man playing, one of his most memorable goal is that crazy curling straight from the corner flag.
