Well Rinaldo thanks for all your kindness mate, i did as you told me, at the moment of applying the league patches i´ve created i found that some of the players in the lists appeared like if they have to be created but i know they´re already in the old roster, is this bug or i have to pay attention and deal with this manually? this also happened with the czech league who was shown like if it has to be created.

The match of a player is based on his name+surname or surname+id if they are different in the .cmp and in the db you are importing to, the default choice is to create a new player. You can override the default choice by manually changing the "Create vs Replace" option.

Other thing is that after i apply some leagues for testing the results some hidden players like Khalilou Fadiga who is playing now for a belgium club appear with a generic face and not with the ea one, it seems that maybe the league patches have to be created with the faces and minifaces included.

It depends from the id assigned to the player in your db. If you know the id associated by EA to Fadiga simply change it and he will have his own face.

Hello everrybody. I think that CM 08 is fantastic. I transformed one existing league (i.e. Turkish One) into Italian 3rd Div. with the Turkish teams into italian teams with new players. Everything works fine, even ad boards. CM 08 gave me non errors at all. I have version 1.02 The problem is that now I cannot play any tournaments because after starting a new one and saving it, it is impossible to play again because FIFA 08 crashes as soon as I open that tournament.

I saved all my work into a league patch. Is there anything I can do other than trying to reinstall FIFA?

You did a very dangerous thing because all the tournament system contains links to the Turkish League (UCL, UEFA Cup, Turkish Cup). If you want to reuse that tournament id you should remove the links to other tournaments.

Hey Rinaldo,

I looked into my database to see if the language was connected correctly, and it was all the leagues and teams I added were there, so I reinstalled the game and tried it again and when ever I add a .cmp or manually add a team or league a country or two dissappear.

Rinaldo hello, I come probe ribbon here my doubt, I am Brazilian administrating of a fifa site www.independentefifa.com!

I noticed in my editions that UEFA Chapions League has two table forms, the Table of games and the table of classification of the groups.

Then like this in my patch he has several regional championships would like to know how to put those two tables in them since only to get puts the table of games and no the one of classificationin the groups.

You have to import the minikit to appear

You don't say? The minikit is there! It still won't appear. I've tried importing different minikits as well. That doesn't seem to work either.

Rinaldo on second thought, i believe it´s easier just to import my font, kits, balls, adboards, settings. to Jomi´s great roster (without touching the "linked player" setting of course), in this way i would make sure not touching its rosters at all.

well this time i haven't import so many things and i still get the game crashing (is not even starting)

-La Bombonera Stadium
-Serie A 90
-ROtW 90
-SG United
-Fiordy's Fonts
-2GKits for 20 teams, maybe 30 teams
-I made a new team, and make a couple of changes in the rosters

What's going on? can i make this bloody game to work?

When I created the 1990,1994 world cups under the tournament tab,the teams were randomly assigned to different groups even though I assigned them to their correct groups.Is there anyway to solve this problem?

I had the same problem with my world cup. i solved it by changing the id number. Seems like some id numbers cause the groups to be random.

I installed a fresh copy of fifa and CM08 v1.3. Than I installed 3 cmp patches that I had created from my previous install of Fifa. The patches were the Australian and Portuguese leagues and new shoes.

Next thing I know, my Fifa fat was 271k. How is that possible? Before I had replaced nearlly every kit with 2G kits, had a ton of faces, stadiums, addboards, teams, tournaments and the fifa.fat was only 251k.

I even deleted the original kits first instead of just replacing them.
