Since I installed Windows 7 on my computer I can not open any software of Rinaldo, Is there a solution?

Please help me this is urgent!

Answer received on the beck post -
"try to install .net framework 4 and other .net framework too for x86 os."

Can someone please bring me download those, or maybe a more detailed guide? I can not find a solution!
