Does anyone have an idea why this is not working anymore for me?

I downloaded these kits a few weeks ago, installed them according to this description and it worked perfectly.

Now I had to reinstall the game and suddenly they're not visible in the game anymore, although I've done the exact same steps. Do I need to do anything else? (Yes, I regenerated)
Must I have the Revolution Mode ?

because these names works by RM14 codes

(edited the 2012 short)
