One of the few players whom I believe is loved by many, irrespective of which club he plays for. Thank you Bergkamp for all the wonderful moments. You're a freaking LEGEND!!

Yep, not only a player who gave us countless unforgettable goals, but really seems a nice dude, too, and is very hard to hate.

Ive heard it argued that he was as important as Wenger in the genesis of modern Arsenal, considering he was the first big name foreigner to arrive at Highbury. It will be nice to make one less exception with my loathing of Arsenal :) Thanks and good luck Dennis

Great technique and such an intelligent player. At the time I had to applaud the amazing goal he scored against us but my all time favourite was 98 against Argentina, could watch that goal all day.

Got to be up there with Zola as the best foreigners to have graced the premiership.

Hans

How big is YOUR penis?
How he controlled that 90+ yard ball from de Boer in the final minute and how that ball from such height and velocity just stop at his feet shows what a masterful technician this guy is, and he made Roa and Ayala like little kids with that soft lob. One of the best goals I have ever seen.

We apologize for keeping the yellow too long
Yellow Card
Ayala was all over the place while his opponent somehow defied the laws of physics. Roa was painted with desperation even before his opponent made contact with the ball, as he(Roa) already knew the outcome.

Unforgettable......the one with the turn against Newcastle.

A wonder goal at Leicester, an equalizer in the final minute with which he completed a hat-trick.

The one against England, in 1993, at Wembley.

WHAT A LEGEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

121 goals in 423 games for arsenal.
87 goals in the league.
those arent the best goalscoring rates for a striker.
but what made dennis different is his overall gameplay , his contribution to the team and moments of sheer intelligence which would leave us drooling.

cant wait to see his testimonial

Meh with Arsenal he was more of a playmaker than an out and out striker(which was and is Henry). With Ajax though he used to score 20-25+ goals a season and he's been Oranje's all-time topgoalscorer(he's now second behind Kluivert). So he does have high goalscoring rates.

I'll be really impressed when he hops on a plane, the rotten elbowing twat. Die Bergkamp, I'm glad I'll never have to watch you play again.
