I don't think De Bruyne is going to be a good fit with David Silva already in place. And as far as Otamendi goes, he'll probably be an improvement, but Mangala looks to be settled this year and is playing very well.

Silva is as good starting wide and drifting to center, He plays like that in NT.
Although they play in similar position Silva and De Bruyne are different players. Silva is more a "controling" midfielder, he participates a lot in the game and can dictate the tempo, De Bruyne is an assassin AMF, could spend all the match without touching a ball but deciding the game with a goal or an assist. A bit like Isco and James in madrid.
