I liked Slovenia more than Hungary.

Belgium with a Jamiroquai impersonation. This Turkey dude would've done better at that, had he not been disregarding the girls.

Seems like the only people voting were Eastern Europeans, as usual.

The Danish commentators bitched about that, calling it the "East-mafia". What a bunch of whining fags.

Some random thoughts on the semifinal (you know the drill by now):

-I'm sure Teapacks (ISR) tried to go for the joke vote and the political vote at the same time. The thing is that they failed at both, and they can now go to their previous gig as a Rage Against the Machine cover band.

-Dragan, was that transvestite the best Denmark could come up with, or were we spared something much worse?

-The female lead singer for the Polish entry should have just stayed in the stripper cage for the whole performance. If she did, maybe they would be dancing in the streets of Grodzik Wielkopolski and other similarly tounge-twisting locales.

-Anonymous, Fall Out Boy, McFly, Panic at the Disco: they may be all sh*tty pop punk "bands", but the thing that separates the Andorran entry from the rest is the fact that they suck in multiple languages.

-I overheard this in the green room just after the KMG's (BEL) were just finished performing: "1979, please pick up the white courtesy phone, 1979, please pick up the white courtesy phone. Thank you."

-I didn't know that Austria picked Bruno to sing their song, because it sure was (fill in the blank).

Don't worry, I'll be back for more insults and inapproriate comments on Saturday night. Don't miss it!

It's not only the politics of this country that I'm ashamed of. :(

I like it, it shows their economy is progressing nicely.

Don't know about the economy, but the fact that they so shamelessly put all those countries in one group and called it "East Mafia" (and over a fu*king gayass songcontest) makes my blood boil.

Haven't Seen it yet, so maybe i've missed something visually appealing (H), but of the qualifiers i picked 5/10

Moldova was also a strong song too.

Some songs that i was surprised to make it thru were Slovenia & FYR Macedonia :|

That Belarus guy was a fag, ripping off the face of Russia's entry from last year. Didn't like him at all.

And as for Poland's disgrace of an entry, that chick wasn't even Polish, she was Russian... :boohoo:

And about that East-mafia ****, Make a decent song you smug-f*cks then f*cking whine if you're still **** enough to f*ck up. :f***:

Eurovision is literally, LITERALLY, my favourite night of the year.

No-where else is the a better opportunity to laugh at Europe... and ourselves.

that is true. But around here the media and (apparently..?) those watching it take it too seriously. So I dont watch it coz it makes me feel like a victim (of bad taste maybe?) lols :(

They should rename it to "Worthless musicians and tonedeaf whores contest".

Or atleast change their motto to: So crap, it's actually good! LOL!!!1111elevenish

I agree. The thing is, no offence, Britain does NOT take it seriously, and we get the impression that a lot of Europe does.

That's what Britain, France and Germany keep telling themselves after finishing in the 20s. (H)

Actually, she's one of the very few at that competition who can actually sing....and that's coming from a Croat.

Anyways, here's for an "East-Mafia" victory, just to piss off the sh!t-for-brains Western Europeans. :bouncy:
