i've been told to stop editing the fa premier league patches, logos, kits and adboards, including balls and anything related to FA PL Official logo and trademark.

This is b-u-l-l-s-h-i-t! WE WONT STOP EDIT the game , If you want you can sue us, but, hey, you cant even sue us because we dont brake ANY LAW IN ANY COUNTRY, this is similar or maybe EXCACLY like copying your own DVD. we can do it and WE WILL DO IT

No one can be sued, why? because FA PL does not have our informations and does know anything about us except nickname or email adress

Even if they know why cant proove that we've edited the game.

FA: STOP BEING A TWAT and leave us alone in peace, we're making it for fun, we 're not selling our patches, we enjoy making and editing PES and WE WILL CONTINUE doing it.

Actually it wouldn't be too much trouble for them to find out who's behind the nickname or the e-mail address since your IP address will clearly show who you are.

But yeah, english FA is the biggest bunch of twats I have ever heard of. I think they got bored of sitting on their fat asses and decided to have a go at the game editing community. I hope the community will fight back and won't just bow down to these c'unts.

Well apparently this rumour is being taking too seriously at www.pesfan.com...but im pretty sure thay have been warned...but it pisses me off that the option file section has been removed :rolleyes:

patching for private use is fine. Patching to resell, that is illegal. true. But, some patchers intentionally use them to take advantage by selling them for a $1-$5. Ironic, isn't it ?

Thing is, it would be interesting to know what the admins of Soccergaming would do should they receive this 'notification' from the FA. Is there a threat of the editing section on here being closed as well?

Well if so the FA should wake up and do the job themselves.


They should sue the ones that sell the patches not the one that share...but the FA wants to punish the patchmakers that way they dont have to sue the real criminals which in the end is the timeconsuming and therefore costs money...FA how does it taste (the d!ck)?

What do we benefit of that will be in disadvantage of the FA when we use a patch?
Do they miss profit when we use a patch?
I think the patches make the EPL even more popular!

If fans/supporters/gamers were organized, the FA wouldn't bother. That is to say, if fans were organized such that fans could offer acredible response to the FA that said "Mess with patching, we abandon mechandise purchasing of any club's merch, and attendance of any FA match, and viewing of any FA broadcast, for as many years as it takes for you to rescind," then the FA would STFU...quickly.\

Of course, if fan organization were the rule instead of the exception, then ticket prices would stay reasonable, American elitre sport franchises wouldn't be allowed to leverage communities one agaisnt the other, and the people wouldn't pay for the stadia that become the profit playthings of owners already wealthy beyond belief... :rolleyes:
