Has anyone noticed that the type of ball never changes on the PS2 version---it's always the white 'nike' ball used in the English Premiership. Yet the packaging shows the 'golden' adidas World cup ball.

Has anyone ever played with a different ball on the PS2 version? If so how?

What ball is used in the PC version...can you alter it?

Can some lucky guy who has the Ps2 version tell us how to get different balls(along with a screenshot)...I've played everything possible (tournaments/seasons/club championships/international)
and have yet to see a different kind of ball......I would love to use the fevernova!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:crazyboy:

Whatever...you have to keep on defending him...he just has the pc version...so i don't beleive him......if you don't have anything consstructive to say..go away

Like I said..he has the PC version

After some checking..I found out that if Olympiakos/PAOK are the home team,you will always play with the EA sports ball!!! That means each team has a specific ball...

Free Kicks are the funnest!!! I always play defense, and tackle the opposing team...and then switch to the other team to take the free kick...FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUN!!!

Guess what? (And this time I'm gonna be polite...:rolleyes: ) Using MS Access for the PC version, you find out there are 3-4 teams in the whole game playing with the EA Ball, which is number 5, for all other teams the number is 1, which is the Nike Geo Merlin ball. Believe me, I know exactly what I'm talking about, and there is no reason for me to think that there should be any possible difference, what that matters, btw PS2 and PC version...So, unless you've got PC version, or plan to play all of your matches with that greek team (exactly the same as in PC version), you are ****ED!!!!!:hump: :hump: :hump: all the way through!

Also, why on the game box do I see a screenshot of Barca against Arsenal and they are playin with the fevernova? The only explanation I have is that it is a screenshot from the xbox version ,not ps2.....so it would mean that it may be diff. than ps2 version,which may be diff. a little from pc..........it is just a hypothesis not a fact.

PS: which other teams in pc have the ea ball as default?
any with fevernova as default?
