*THE FINAL* SG's Favourite Actor - JOHNNY DEPP or Carlos NICHOLSON?

1) Even if what nird said was true, his work before the Shining alone would justify his reputation.
2) What nird says is totally untrue, his more recent work (minus a couple of blips) has been almost as impressive as his early work.
3) As if the films Callan mentioned weren't enough, he is also amazing in The Passenger, Mars Attacks, The Border, The Postman Always Rings Twice, Goin' South, The King of Marvin Gardens and countless others which I haven't yet seen.

If there is one actor who definately does deserve all the praise he gets, it's Carlos

Nope. Never even heard of them. Don't ask me why. I love a good movie and I got a nice dvd collection too, but the only movie I've seen with Carlos is The Shining, which is awesome. I saw batman once, but I was a kid back then so I don't remember it.

The main reasoning behind the rule is to stop people signing up new accounts purely for the purpose of voting. It is also to ensure that those who do vote have atleast a small level of SG experience. The same rule was applicable in the Babes comp and in requesting sigs in the Graphics forum, so I dont see why it shouldnt be here. The fact you have been here so long but made so few posts hardly shows a firm commitment to the forum, I'm sure you will get there soon though.

Comparing Depp to him is so unfair...

Depp is great, and consequently will become one of the great actors of our generation, but please don't compare him to Carlos. That guy alone made me go see "The Departed", and love it. With Depp, I have not seen some of his latest works, and I don't think I will anytime soon.
