I plan to release Beta version of RFS Master, during the week end. It will be a Beta, so bugs are still expected to happen.

RFS Master will allow to change many tables (not all), the full deep editing of every single table can be done using TFM Editor but it is more complex. Anyway importing teams and players from Transfermarkt is one of the supported features.
When do you think the tool is ready?

Some notes about web scraping:
Importing Players from SOFIFA: players are associated by their ID, only players are imported not teams. If a player already exists, his name is not changed. If a player does not exist, his name is imported and his appearance is randomized. All the skills are updated. You can import a single player from its own page, or many players from the page of a team.

Importing Teams and Players from Transfermrkt: you can import teams and players from the page "detailed" of a team. Both team and players are imported. Players are associated by name and birthdate, be careful that the player could be already present in the database but with a little bit different name or a different birthdate. In this case you can associate the player to import manually. If a player already exists, his name and birthdate are updated. If a player does not exist, his name is imported, his appearance is randomized. The skills are generated using an algorithm that uses marketvalue, age and preferred position.

Importing Managers from Transfermrkt: you can import a manager from his own page or many managers from the page "Manager Comparison" of a given league

I have been trying to mess with the kit generator which looks awesome, but I haven't find the way to export or save the kit generated.

The kit generator is just for taking a look at some examples and see if your settings about the kit style are correct. Actual kits will be automatically generated by RFS when playing.

Ah ok. It would be awesome in the future if we could export those kits in case we don't like the kits generated at first by RFS.

the first beta version of RFS Master is now available from my download page, let me know if you find out any bug.
I will not consider any additional feature for this version but I will take note for the future if you have suggestions.
Advanced filtering for players (by team, by nationality, double players, etc.) and CMP Import Export (for sharing patches) may be added in future versions.

If I can ask, what algorithm generates skills by market value, age and position.
It may improve my FM to FIFA Converter

What is the max number of teams in tournament?
The tournament itself has no limits, there is a limitation in terms of teams in a group due to the "roundrobin" table. Not all the numbers of teams are currently supported, but only: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28. Of course more can be added so, basically, there are no limits.
