The head moving like a snake(face editing problem)

I've seen that Dumitrescu face made by AJesus and I've remembered about another great romanian striker from WC 94, Florin Raducioiu. I was getting the mood to try to make myself a face. So, I've done a decent(I think)Raducioiu face. But I have a problem. After I imported the 3 files with CM(I did this before and it worked with files from other facemakers),in game the head didn't stand up on the shoulders, but somewhere between the legs, with a moving long neck, like a snake!(see picture below)

it is the problem of the oedit file of the face..try to up the head model,to the req amount
