I don't think anybody underestimated KDB anymore and I have heard many people make the point that his absence is the cause of their slump but really a team like man city should not be so dependent on one player

Agreed and when the manager is hailed as some genius with magic touch with that squad having spent so much.

You can be some sort of a medical professional but your football knowdledfhe needs some desire..

I do not know why you need to bring in my profession into this. There is no connection. This comment is completely unnecessary.

Pep didn't give a shit about yesterday's game. He needs to win the next game in EPL and take a point from Barça in less than 1 week so I understand why he played with that team.

Cograts to ManU but dont fool yourselves. Aleix Garcia was a liability. Navas is done with football, Sane is not a starter and Iheanacho is too young to make a difference in a team like that. The midfield was a disaster.

Midfield was a disaster? That was a 90 million Euro's midfield + Aleix Garcia. That midfield with this kind of money spent, should not be a disaster. If it was a "disaster", it means the manager is doing something wrong.

Ilheanacho is second choice striker behind Aguero. It is the manager's fault if he is not good enough because he could have brought in a backup striker or kept Bony or Marlos Moreno.

You say Ilheanacho is too young to make a difference. That comment is invalid because Man U started with Rashford who is the same age as him.

EDIT: In fact Rashford has the same scoring rate compared to Ilheanacho. Rashford is just overrated a bit more because he is English.
Rashford: 12 goals / 30 games = 0.4 goals/game
Ilheanacho: 18 goals / 46 games = 0.39 goals/game

Yes I'm deeply sorry about it. I was way out of line and wasn't quite myself when posting that. It was an unnecessary comment indeed and nothing you should take seriously.

So what's on the football menu for today? Tottenham - Leicester could be good, Guardiola meets Pulis for the first time should be interesting and Liverpool visit Benteke new home (though I don't give palace a hope).

I think one of Tottenham or city will drop points

I think the one to watch should definitely be Juventus - Napoli at 20:45 CET. Considering their rivalry that has really blossomed over the last couple of seasons. Also Higuain's sale should be taken into account.

Napoli are missing Milik, but they'll probably give their all in that match in order to defeat Juventus.

From what I know you don't really follow Serie A, but some matches can actually be quite interesting to watch. Especially this one.

Also I've heard that they decided not to sell any tickets to Napoli fans just because of security reasons. I wonder if they're even going to play Higuain when they have to go to Napoli themselves.

De Magistris [mayor of Napoli and ex-prosecutor]: ''Higuain shouldn't go for a walk in Napoli or he'd need a metal detector with him and 1000 bodyguards.''

just watched Brazil vs Argentina replay ... Neymar is World's best at the moment IMO, the thing is he plays support role at Barca so he will never win Balon Dor as long as Messi's there ... If Higuain is really the reason behind Messi and Argentina failure, he should be dropped for Kun or others ... I think they have wrong system and stupid coaches ...

Captain Alves was awesome ...

Anybody watching the CONMEBOL qualifiers? Colombia lost to Argentina 0-3 with Messi pulling his magic as always and Colombia's midfield and defence being in shatters during the first half. :'/ Also Chile winning did us nothing good.

Australia drew with Thailand last night. That's a bit embarrassing. We were poor, and Thailand were really good (thriving on the emotion of their King's recent passing).

Messi is actually gonna drag these fuckers to the wc. Amazing performance last night. then he steps up in a presser leading all 26 players defending them from media. Leader. Say whatever you want, but he's starting to look like a great captain, for both Barcelna and Argentina. Finally.

Also, Alexis does this a week after suffering a muscle injury (he's still injured). What a fighter.
