Can Mexico shock the world? It has basically been the Robben/Robin show. Other than that they're not that impressive... but them alone can decide a game.

I have to say that I liked Mexico's performance against Croatia today. But I think, Holland might be too strong for them. Robben is very strong, and with Van Persie back, Holland should be the favorites in this match.

Only in this match, though, since Deutschland will hammer all of the other silly teams, and send them home where they belong! But, first we will show Americans what football is, and beat them 5-0!

Btw. the story that England invented football is a myth. We used to play it already in the middle ages in Germany.

Nelson Oliveira? Was at Rennes this season, started well but progressively stopped playing. Not NT material if you ask me, even if our current set of strikers is basically crap.

shame.. I really liked him in my fifa games, and I really want portugal to have a decent striker after pauleta.

Ochoa is going to have to once again be on top of his game. It would be crazy if they pull out of this one with a victory.

Croatia may just have been a victim of the Amazônia effect, coz the 4 teams who have played again after their Manaus experience have lost their next game ... hard to tell if it's a coincidence just yet, but I'm hoping the US are the ones to break the hoodoo, even if it's with just a draw ...

Predictable first half, both teams almost exclusively concerned about not conceding.
I expect Uruguay to throw everything at Italy in the last half an hour or so.
