MILAN - Inter has won 2005-06 Italian League by automatically awarded. The F.I.G.C. confirmed the victory, after having received the decision of the special committee formed to reassigned the title previously awarded to Juventus.

im looking now at both my juventus 04/05 corinthians (figurines) celebration pack and my 05/06 juve calendar which celebrate the 28th scudetto and i am quite saddened. forza juve!

You think all teams may get an Italian flag to symbolize the world cup title?

nope no league does that. i dont believe the figc and the lega calcio will do that. i was just talking in terms of the scudetto badge and the italian cup badge (the one that they had on last seasons shirt that looks like a target). thats what inter will have.

Wow, have I missed a lot huh? WTH? We've won the Scudetto? It's nice and all, especially stripping it off Juve's undeserving chests, but it's still not what we truly need. This club needs to win the Scudetto outright, and hopefully next season can lead us closer to that dream. Even if we do win next year, for me to be fully satisfied, we have to win it with both Milan and Juve in the Serie A, starting out with 0 points with no point reductions.

It'll still be nice to win it outright whatever scenario other teams may face though.

I have a question, and i'm not trying to start anything. But as Inter fans what happens if another team win the scudetto ? It can be Milan or another team.

Would you say it dissapointed or that you are just a good "paper team" but nothing else or do you think radical chances should be made, and i mean from the top to bottom....

Are you talking about if another team wins the Scudetto this upcoming season? If in doubt we fail yet again then I don't think radical changes would be needed. However, undoubtably Mancini would probably be sacked and then a coach who could use the players at hand would come in.

If we lose next season then yes, I would be very disappointed, like every season we have lost. Though I do think that we are a great "paper" team as you say, undoubtably one of the best in the world, but to truly be great, it has to be proven on the pitch. And there's no other way than winning the Scudetto.

Anywayz the links are continuing to pour in, especially in relation to us signing Toni. I still think we will get him, even with Fiorentina staying up. However I'm also pondering what Mancini said in an interview I read, about him wanting the club to sign both Toni & Ibrahimovic, and Vieira as well.

Personally I'm all for it. Even though I dislike Ibra, undeniably he has talent, and at only 24 he's only gonna mature to a better player. We would also have THE best tandem of strikers in the league, possibly even in Europe (arguably of course.)

But I'm wondering about Cruz, Recoba, and more importantly Martins. Where would that leave them. There is no way in hell we can have Adriano, Toni, Ibrahimovic, Recoba, Martins, and Cruz. Not to mention we still have that Nigerian guy that we brought back from that deal with Chievo (I can't remember his name.).

I would hate to see us get rid of Martins. So hopefully if we do sign Ibra and Toni, we will finally get rid of Recoba. While Cruz could go either way. He's fine with riding the bench, but after getting a spot on the Argentine squad, how much longer would he be willing to do it?

I think it would be best if when all the dust clears after this summers transfer action this would be our list of forwards.

Would be a great selection of strikers to have up front. Almost reminding me of real madrid with 5 world class strikers. Though I may like to see Obinna switch with Cruz. As Cruz has proved he can score.

problem is he only ever plays 25% of the seasons games due to injury

When hes in form theres no doubt about his talent but consistency and staying healthy is not one of his strong points....
