Sorin reminds me very much of Heroic Almeyda. He's very vocal, supremely conditioned and covers every square inch of the field for the entire 90mins like a guard dog, you know? He really typifies the Argentine defender for me, you know? A natural leader on the pitch who'll make us really more dangerous on the left wing. Hell, we can just place 'em on the wing and bench Stanko's ass if this deal ever does go through.

We really should've picked 'em up after Lazio let him go, man. He would've been an excellent replacement for Heroic Almeyda, costing us next to nothin' to acquire.

Of course, Viera in my books is the best pickup thus far... That doesn't mean Sorin wouldn't fit in the puzzle. I think they can play together and if not, then we can use him if Viera gets injured or just to give Viera a break. Inter is going to play tons of games this season because I feel they will do well in all competitions. Depth my friend is what will lead us to glory.

Proposing A Formation.

This is the formation I propose:




I feel that the defense is quite balanced. Viera should be completely capable to manage the midfield (obviously with incoming help from Stankovic and Figo or some defender). Adriano and Ibrahimovic are in their ideal positions. They are both capapable of keeping the ball, provide assists and shoot from "long" distances (Ah! I remember the 35 m shot adriano put in the Inter - Roma tim cup final!). Crespo shoul thus be able to free himself (defense too preoccupied by Adriano and Ibra) receive assists from all directions and finish them clinically.

Nah, honestly, it's cool. I'm really technologically inept and would most likely have great troubles working that program anyway.

But I'll definitely add you to my list for conversational purposes, as I'm passionately in- love with you at the moment, sir.

hurhurhur..........am I that predictable, bro? Solari should definitely be given priority over Stanko in my opinion, though.

Definitely a nice lineup. Don't you thin tan Heroic Zlatan would be a bit, how shall I say, useless? King Recoba will surely do all his work, but at a slower pace however. I am a great fan of his, but, don't you think that because of his rather "fragile", if you permit me, athletic condition he might fail in some of his duties in mid-to-end season?

Stankovic (Figo as sub) would have a free role playing on either side he chooses, switching throughout the game from either Right or Left flanks (this is a good idea, he could be the only winger in the game and play attacking centre mid too if he wants. Because I really want to play both Cambiasso and Vieira at centre/holding mid to cope with our strong attack minded team.

I think Recoba (and Cruz) could get alot of playing time with this tactic, coming in as sub for Adri or Ibra, Martins for Crespo... Shift between Samuel Cordoba and Materazzi for who is in most form.

It may work. Stankovic is what i love to call a universal midfielder. He is really a talented player. However, I feel that without Figo's perfection and experiece, we might lack attacking opportunities on the right flank. I still an strongly biased toward my proposed 4-3-3. Cambiasso could sub for Viera. You don't expect the latter to play the whole season i wish!

Notiziario: Tattica E Lavoro In Palestra

APPIANO GENTILE - I nerazzurri hanno sostenuto questa mattina una seduta d'allenamento al centro sportivo "Angelo Moratti". La squadra, divisa in due gruppi, ha svolto, dopo il riscaldamento una serie di esercitazioni tattiche e prove con il pallone, seguite da un intenso lavoro di potenziamento settoriale in palestra. Assenti solo i nerazzurri convocati dalle nazionali, Andreolli, Stankovic, Vieira, Maicon, Carini e Maxwell (in permesso).
