new english guy, pleased with this purchase, been needing a good midfielder for ages now. he's got all the right attributes - speed, passing, tackling, ball control. and he's fairly young. i'ma train him in stamina for a bit.

Looks like a pretty good signing. You gonna be playing him defensive midfield?

yeah, i expect so. he's got 3 balls in shooting as well, so i can use him in offense as well. Shame i couldnt get him in for my league match against 1st place team

I am rebuilding my squad and i am now looking for players with good speed//stamina. I came across this guy. He is from a brand new club so he probably has a lot of partial balls. 750k Euro is the most i ever paid, but all youngsters go for crazy prices so i think i had a nice deal. I like to hear your opinion.

Train on play int, then ball ctrl and shooting and / or tackling... fast player and good stamina, with those stats you could train him to any position... possibly defence if he maxes out early-ish in shooting but if not then he could be a striker, midfielder or defender!

Yeah, that was my biggest concern too, but with a lot of luck this is a player that could reach 10 balls in shooting, speed and ball control within his lifetime.

Also bought these two guys from a newly started swedish team yesterday. Payed around £1000k for them both.

VprArs06, i saw you bought i very nice dutch player this week. Good all round striker with good form too. He was also in my list and i was even already bidding on him with his first transfer, but didn't have enough money at that time. I prefer such players above the big shooter strikers most people buy. 800k + is expensive for a 23 old player though, so i was out again.

Opinions please.... Do you think I over payed by A LOT? You have to consider that the U.S. market sucks, and its impossible to get a decent player under 500k.

My plan is to train his speed, hopefully he already has quarter of a ball or something Then i'll do cross balls.

Look at the Manager Zone Practice Analyzer..... according to that it matters quite a bit for a midfielder...

is stamina really that important? all my players have 2 or less, maybe a couple of 3 ballers....

it'd be smart to start buying players with stamina now as the next sim is guaranteed to use it. (it was in the last newsletter)
