Just wondering if anybody has been watching The Match on Sky One? I think the celebraties are gonna get gainned by the legends!!! 5-0.

Does anyone watch this program or wot? I thought you's lot were all football (soccer) fans!

Basically wot it is: a bunch of celebs have been training together all week in an attempt to beat a legends team. The match takes place on sunday in front of a 52,000 packed crowd at St. James's Park (Newcastle).

Celebs include: Ralf Little, Gary Lucy (TV), Simon Webbe (Boy band- Blue), Harvey (So Solid Crew), Lee (Ex-steps) Mark Bosnich, Alec Stewert (Former England Cricketer), Darren Campbell (Athlete- Oylmpic Gold medalist) etc.

Legends include: Matt Le Tissier, Chris Waddle, Bryan Robson, Gary Pallister, Peter Beardsley, Gazza, Bruce Grobblaer, Ian Wright, Nigel Winterburn etc.

Come on celebs, try 2 not get to hammered!

ye ive been watching it, i think it will be close, but celebs will probably win, legends are getting on a bit, and the celebs have a few decent players

well the daily program in itself is a load of crap ... and the fact that you have to send text messages in every day to vote off one of the 'celebs' says what kind of program this is.

The only thing that will be of any interest is the game itself.

I thought the daily programs have been quite good. The joke involving ralf little and his twitch is funny!
Its gonna be tough for the celebs to get any sort of result!!

Looks like the legends have just about scraped it. Very lucky 93rd minute winner by Ally McCoist!
I thought the Celebs playedvery well. Some great performances by Ralf Little, Darren Campbell, Alec Stewert and a wondergoal by Johnathan Wilkes!!
