I was playing online last night and it was 1-1, 85th minute and i got a FK in shooting distance. Hit a great FK but the keeper saved and held it but stepped back over the goal line. I was expecting play to continue as i have seen some dodgy goaline things where the keeper has carried the ball over, but I was awarded the goal. In the comments after, my opponent said it was the stupidest goal he had seen and I agree.

I played a chipped ball from the left over the head of the GK where my forward ran on to volley - but there was a defender running back to clear the goal off the line... the ball was in the air and the defender walloped it out towards the half line, but I was awarded the goal, because the ball had actually crossed the line (marginally!). No complaints from me, though...
Ive seen it happen with the result going both ways. If the ball crosses the line the game is supposed to give you the goal.. Thats happened to me on a couple of occasions. On the other hand I've had incidents where I swear the ball crossed the line but the goal wasnt given.. Just like real life I guess!

Yeah count yourself lucky... I'd say about half-a-dozen times ive watched replays back from all different angles and the ball is clearly over the line but i havnt been awarded the goal 
Crossing the ball from the left wing it took a deflection and rolled to a defender in the box, just beside the penalty spot, goalie came out to dive on it, defender went to clear it back towards the left, it ended up blasting out to the right wing (nowhere near the goal) and I was awarded a goal, the replay just showed the cross up until the deflection, weird stuff.
Playing LA galaxy vs. some other team (forgot its been awhile.) and i had like 6 of my guys in the other teams box, i believe donovan? or so, took a shot in, and either the keeper or someone from their team deflected it, went all the way to the side of the box (so it's outside) and vagenas (i believe) took a SUPER bend,super drive shot,,and the other team was just watching it.
A crazy goal I was awarded during testing the A league patch, in fact it was my first goal in testing:
Playing as Queensland against Sydney, the QLD Winger crossed the ball over toward the goalline, the SYD keeper touched the ball over onto the crossbar, it hit the post and bounced over the falling keeper, bounced on the line again only for his defender to score an own goal in attempting to clear it off the line.
