This season has the Charlotte Bobcats all over it don't you agree :crazyboy:. I predict a Lakers team not making the playoffs and the Hawks winning a game, not but gettin serious I started this because Hakeem was too slow, won't be surprised if he closes it and opens up another one himself (H) (H). Let's talk about the draft and the expansion draft which will both be very good this year mostly because LeBron won't be all over the place. So yeah........shoot!!!

so... magic has the first choice in the draft... do they pick okafor, and try to team him up with mcgrady and juwan? that would be a pretty formidable lineup. or do they trade mcgrady and start from the ground up?

its already determined. they do have the first pick.

charlotte gets 4th pick, and then i dont know how the signing of the players works. i do know that all teams get to protect 7 players which CANNOT be approached by the bobcats, and i guess they will work the FA market just like any other team will.

There will be an expansion draft on June 22 or 23 (if finals get game 7). Each team protects 8 players and the Bobcats can only pick one player from a team no more than one, from the expansion draft they will get 15 players and then they will complete the roster by picking 4th in the first round of the draft and then getting another pick in the second round. I think that's almost all right.

what its known already is the number of possibilities each team has in teh lottery. but the lottery is after the finals I think

Alright, nice to see a thread like this one for people like me that don't a have a team in the playoffs :p

I hope the Magic get the first pick, Okafor can help us a lot. I hope Tmac doesn't get traded though :(

T-Mac will be a Magic for awhile and see out his contract, unless he starts bitching like Jalen Rose, and demands an immediate trade.

I heard rumors about Francis possibly being traded. Anyone else heard of this?

That's been around since the trade deadline period. There was a rumour saying that Francis and some other guy would go to Detroit for Chauncy Billups and some other guy.

I hope Houston gets rid of Francis, hes **** this whole season, and worst of all, putting up huge amount of turnovers, ruinin the game plan. Francis for Cassel would be nice haha. (H)

But Cassel is starting to get old.... Houston needs a good pg that can play with Yao (but last night he looks really tired playing against shaq... )


it would be great if Toronto gets the first pick.... then trade it along with carter to get Yao...hahaha oh ok... I'm dreaming.. never gonna happen tho... too bad
