I'll never, ever understand why Barcelona choose Maxi Lopez instead of Cavenaghi or even La Gata Fernandez :nape:

if anyone has any doubts about how **** are the spanish refs, just watch the second half of Betis - Villareal :kader: .

The ref:
- called a penalty from a dive of Jose Mari
- showed a red card to Joaquin
- Doblas saved the penalty but the ref said there were some Betis players in the box when Riquelme shot (the TV showed he was wrong). Riquelme re-took the penalty and scored. At least he had the decency of not celebrate it.
- showed a red card to Melli
- disallowed a legal goal from Betis
- gave 6 min of stoppage time, and then, he stopped the match for like 4 min because the linesman was hit with a coin or something.

i should be happy because Betis is our next rival, but the refs are getting worst every game. :kader:

Betis 2-3 Villareal
Osasuna 3-2 Athletic
Mallorca 1-0 Betis

Faaaaaaaaabiano!! :D :D :D

How fitting is it that Fabiano has put Sevilla even with Madrid in points. To be fair though, it sounds like Palop has had some incredible saves.

Kluivert made his debut in one of the first matches. he was injured for a month or so, that's why he hasn't play in the last matches ;).

Daniel Alves was fantastic :). great run and an even better assistance for Ayala's goal (6).
