whose Lucarelli? Out of the ones you mentioned I think only Torres is a realistic target, to be honest I don't think we really need anyone, Rossi will probably come back which would leave us with Rooney, Smith, Ole and Rossi as our strikers which is more than enough. I'm not a big fan of Saha and don't really think he will be too much of a loss.

Like the guy with Inzamam in his avatar said, there isn't a shortage of strikers for United. People said that there would be when this season started but with the offensive style of play, it doesn't make a difference. As long as Giggs and Ronaldo are moving up the pitch so much to support Rooney and Smith is there as well, United should continue to have a strong attack.

The decision of the game was ferguson not taking rio off before halftime. It was rio who was too injured to take care of that downing ball in. Not to mention rooney getting a bevy of nice chances that were all pushed wide right.
