Is he that guy that supposedly has connections to the press room or something? Not saying I dont want this stuff to be true I mean hell, Mascherano and Carrick would be a fantastic summer coup.

Not sure about his links, but 9 times out of 10 the stuff he talks comes out to be true. High up in the RI ranks.

Hands off Huntelaar he is going nowhere and he made that clear already.
His future is with Ajax so better find another striker.
And don't forget who's to thank for all this, he has cut his own hand now :nape: thanks a lot SAF, another one bites the dust :kader:

SAF has nothing to do with this, Ruud asked a year ago that he wants to leave, just because Saha wasn't fully fit yet Ruud had to take the striker position, but the moment Saha started to find his form Saf choose him over Ruud, because SAF can't do anything except for thinking about the future. If I remember correctly Huntelaar said that he wants to be at Ajax for a couple of season, between 2 and 4 so don't make it sound like he's going to finish his career there, cause he won't, but my guess is that he will end up in Italy.

I am not worried, everyone is writing us off already, but I have a feeling that everything will turn out well this season

That's what he adds to our midfield. Kinda like an english pirlo.

His passing is really impressive, if he finds his form and way within the team he can find Rooney, Rossi, Saha etc easily with his eyes closed and that will make us more effective in front of goal. Not only his offensive duties were impressive, but also his defensive, his positioning is good (from what I've seen from youtube)

Ruud I wish you the best at Real, but I hope that you won't forget that Man U helped you develope into the player you are today and that you will return to the club one day.

No one knows what has happened and probably never will get the real story just like the Beckham saga. All i can say is i hope Real Madrid ream United yet again just like they did with Beckham.

http://www.expat-village.com/printer_1026.shtml

The sooner United get rid of SAF the better sure he has done a lot of great things in the past but lately it just seems that he is losing the plot what with the sale of Beckham, refusing to back down over Ronaldinho's wage demands(BIG Mistake) and now this. The only two decent things he has done lately is to buy Rooney and Heinze. I hope he proves me wrong and United win something this year but with Ruud gone I cant see it happening and all united fans are gonna do what the english fans did and expect Rooney to carry them through an entire season on his own up front.

hold on what do u mean the sooner we get rid of SAF,when u have done as much as sir alex has done for us we dont decide when he goes,he decides, wat is the big deal with getting rid of ruud saha is well up to the job of getting us goals, ruud had alwas wanted to play in spain and the only reson it took so long was the pressure put on him,Rooney comes in,ruud isnt number 1 no more and then saha takes his place he is number 3 and no preesure so he can no leave

I'd would rather have 4 world class strikers in Rooney, Saha, Smith and Ole, than have 10 **** strikers that can't even get their team higher than 15th position in EPL :jap:

Haha yeah Saha Smith and Ole set the World Cup alight

world class pffff

and out of those three Saha is the only striker anyway... ole and smith have spent more time in bed than on the field and even when they have played it has been RM and Dm anyway...

YOU ARE CRAP AND YOU KNOW IT... whining about the horses transfer and who did what to whom .... IT DOESN"T MATTER **** NOW HEE HAW HAS GONE SUCKERS hahaha thats right get rid of the 20 goals a season man haha Gary Neville is gonna take you DOWN and when he plays he plays for US...

SAF needs to take a liberal dose of his own medicine. He always bangs on about no player is bigger than the club, yet here he is thinking he can walk on water cos he is the manager of Manchester United and as soon as he falls out with a player he flogs them off. Don't get me wrong he has done some great things at United but United have lost some great players due to Ferguson's petty childlike behaviour. I dont claim to have done as much as SAF it is just my opinion I was under the impression that this is what this forum is for, or do we have to conform to what some spud sucking, left footer has to say. :read:

Well, when Richard Dunne plays, he plays for US as well, so we are equal there :ewan:

O yeah well then so do the journalists cause again tonight they said Ruud left Manutd because of bad blood between Ruud and SAF.
I just saw it on TV where they were stating that so ermmm.... Ruud himself said before a Dutch tv-station that he and SAF were not getting along anymore that's no big secret.
Better concentrate on getting a new striker now, hopefully Smith will get his chance now to shine :)

Spurs have agreed a deal for Carrick. I'm happy with Carrick but not happy for the price. His through passes could be vital for the club, although he's not so consistent.

well £15m isnt that bad its slightly more than the £12 we were prepared to pay and the extras wont matter unless we/he fulfills their requiremnts. hopefully if we have carrick on board we can go get another player too maniche/pirlo or marscherno would be nice

Here we go comparing Saha to Ruud again, that is like comparing apples with pears IMO
"Saha is well up to the job of getting us goals"...I want to bet with you for 1000 pounds that he won't score as many goals as Ruud did :p

And why are so many guys so happy and confident about the coming season, Chelsea will eat ManUtd for breakfast, Liverpool will probably do the same and Arsenal.....well that's hard to say but it will be damn hard to stay on top of the league. The biggest ace who kept ManUtd on top in the last few years was Ruud van Nistelrooy and no one else, sure Saha scored a few goals and so did Rooney and Ronaldo but thanks to RvN ManU stayed at the top.
He was a goalscoring machine and he's gone now and I'm kinda worried about that. I'm not that confident for this season.
I'm hoping for a lot of silverware this season and I hope I'm wrong about this but SAF needs to get players and fast!

Liverpool and Chelsea didn't have a 20+ goals a season striker and still they were in the top three, with Saha we stayed second. WITH Ruud we didn't have a lot of successes so let's just wait and see how we will do without him, the last 6 months proved that we aren't reliable on Ruud and that we can do well without him
