after really watching Park closely i came to a conclusion that he is the worst shooter we have. I believe the goals he scored for us were all or at least most deflected goals and i think i feel more confident with O'Shea being infront of goal, rather than Park. It seems that he knows how to pass the ball, but when it comes to shooting, he just gets nervous and whacks the ball wherever.


BTW with Larsson scoring we now have 14 different scorers this season!

Are you kidding me... did you see how Oshea scored that goal against copenhagen. Park has more pace..desire and ability to setup goals. I agree though his finishing just not good enough.

Hope Ronaldo and Ole hit 15 goals ASAP

The best thing was he made that comment about 20 seconds before Larsson scored, he hasn't returned since.

LOLOLOLOLOL.....35 year old. Age is just a number. Hes not on 140,000 a week. Prolly only a 100,000 but if it werent for him we might not be in the fourth round and we would miss out on F.A payment for the advancement to the next round which is around that much.lol

Larsson has got to be one of the coolest strikers in front of goal. A pass received, a flick to control the ball and bang. If only Pool could pull off that kind of move.

watching the fa cup game,i kept getting frustrated looking at Park!
he seme to be everywhere on the pitch working hard but his first touch is bad and he keep loosing the ball very easy,and his shooting is not good at all!
i can see that he try very hard but his game yesterday was bad

Eckersley and Bardsley out on loan!
Eckersley to Barnsley
Bardsley to Villa

I was hoping on Bardsley to get a chance with United but i guess some time in Villa will do him good to!

Yeah, Park's shooting is some of the worst I've seen. He can do everything else though. Just give him a bit more time with his fitness and you'l all love him again. ;)

well rooney was frustrating for me as well.... but anyhow we are through and we have to face a touger portsmouth than the one we faced earlier this season.

Smoothly taken goal though. Very nice indeed.

But you do realise that if I hadn't had been so negative earlier, that Larsson would not have scored. So you have me to thank for his motivation.:mexican:

any ideas of what thread you posted it in? i hadn't seen the source and i just like to know where facts come from. Also, the figure appears to have jumped from £114,000 a game which you initially stated, to a now higher figure of £140,000.

and dude, i always try and stay in the middle when it comes to the debates on here unless i have strong opinions on things and i have great respect for you. But seriously, i don't want to get into a flaming war or anything but i can see why a lot of people on here have a huge problem with you. It isn't just the obnoxiousness and arrogance but the insistence of rubbing absolutely everything in everyone's face and jumping on everything people say and making a fuss out of it.
