Keep believing that crap in the media Pede, if I'm correct you aren't allowed to pay a player no more than they are getting at their current club when they join you on loan, you are just allowed to pay their full wage for the duration of the loan. Helsinborgs must be pretty rich. Ok, if it was a typo, then why on MULTIPLE occasions did you mention the £140,000 number?

Secondly, great piece of wordplay on my username genius, it look's as if your English and sarcasm lack as much as your mathematical capabilities, because I know that wasn't a typo.

And maybe your club don't have to worry about money, but they clearly have to worry about peformances, which is what at the end of the day matters most.

I see that you are all still avoiding the issue of HYPOCRISY though. Its easy to create a smokescreen by talking about another subject but the real issue is still there. You bring in a mercenary to help you through the season but still deny that you are TRYING to BUY success. If its wrong for Chelsea to do it, then it must be wrong for Man U to do the same thing. Thats logical isn't it?

pede, by your definition every team in the world (who has ever bought or loaned a player) is trying to buy success. the problem people have with chelsea is that they are spending ridiculous ammounts when they have never properly earned that money. united won titles years ago, and it is since then that they have spent v.large ammounts, which bear in mind are alot less than chelsea spend.

veron28....You miss my point mate. I do not believe that ANY team can buy anything. Otherwise Milan and Real madrid would win everything every year. The point is this. Chelsea got accused of "buying" the title(s), because of the money they spent, but when a club like Man U spend a lot of money, there never seems to be a problem with that. Now that is Hypocrisy and double standards. To be fair, I know many ManU fans on here that do not agree that Chelsea bought anything, so I am not painting you all with the same brush. I am making a point to the morons who bought up the connection between spending money and success.

Incidently, just because in your opinion Man U "properly" earned their money, whatever that is supposed to mean, why then does that entitle Man U to not be questioned whenever you do spend money? Your money came from the same place ours did. CAPITALISM. There is NO moral high ground to be had where making money is concerned.

You really dont wanna argue the point over how much Man U have paid for players do you? Just look at Rooney and Ferdinand for starters.

If you actually knew the history of Man U, then you would know that your club from 1902, were bankrolled by a millionaire called John Henry Davies. You had a millionaire paying your way and buying all the brightest and best players available while every other club had nothing. Thats where your history started mate so you have no morol high ground regarding matters of finance.

You had a rich benefactor at the beggining and so have we. We are no different in that respect. So don't tell me that your club earned their money "in the right way" because it didn't. These are facts that most Man U fans either do not know or do not wish to remember.
