I understand the point of LP's. I do not understand the point of your videos.

I run, but yeah, I'd say anything over 10 at one time is just overkill. In the fall I was running quite a bit and it was fine, but I did 11 miles a couple times and it was just brutal. Still run in the winter, but not nearly as much. I mean, running was never for fun for me, it was to get in shape, but when you're running for like 100 minutes straight it's just dreadful. I try to stay under an hour and I'd say most of them are somewhere between 25 and 40 minutes. After that it gets monotonous, and there's a strain on your feet from the concrete and you can start to feel some strains in your thigh. Once you get to a certain level of fitness your lungs are fine and you could probably run for 12 hours straight, but it's the strain on your feet and just the boredom for me.

Agree on the boerdom can't stand running for long periods of time even when i'm doing it with mp3 player in hand, only run just to maintain fitness but I'd much rather swim though.

It's not like a slightly loooooooser fitting shirt can't be afforded. Given the other stuff that's in the room(decorative...posters, etc.) saving money isn't the issue and slightly more can be paid for more material.
