1) Just can't stop admiring Bolzer's work comparing it with original screenshot from a real broadcast! (just very FEW differences and it's U-N-B-E-L-I-E-V-A-B-L-E!!!
2) As I understand now FIFA can use ANY font? Why not to find the one that is used in real broadcast? It's very easy and if I'm right and it can be used the popups will have NO difference with its originals
3) An idea... a GOOD idea ;) If a change is to be applied to the popups logos to make them look as absolutely real (cut or skewed - doesn't matter) why not to GET RID of those ON GRASS logos at all? Do we REALLY need them? As I know only Spain tele broadcast uses such a method of score show, others DON'T use it (i can be wrong though)! SO, why to use them? ;) We can get an ABSOLUTELY 100% REAL popups and isn't it worth of it? ;)

I already redesigned the logos for the German SAT1 TV-PopUp and of course Im redesigning them to fit perfect to the EPL-PopUp ;)

The redesigned logos only appear on the turf and I guess they do look fine even there. The Menus use other logos and wont be affected.


About fonts:

I only have very few font-files that work with Fifa and I just took them from other EASports games. I have no idea what kind of fileformat they are, its called *.ffn and I cant generate those files.

Maybe Ariel knows more as he used some changed fonts for Socceraccess WorldCup Patch, but I dont know if he generated a new font or just used another EASports file like I did.

I guess the PopUps are hardly finished now and will hopefully be released on Friday :)

Of course there will be an extension to the actual TV-PopUp-Patch so that they can be chosen and installed easily by RemoteControl.
I hope you will like the Menus too...

bolzer will it be possible to use the pop-ups without the TV-remote control thing? i'd like to keep my old menus, no offesnse but the TV style doesn't really appeal to me. hope you understand.

brilliant pop-ups though, only complaint i have is font size but you can't do anything about that so i guess they're perfect!

keep up the good work.

Just wondering what song they play during highlights in ht and ft with those popups? Don't get much football on TV here in Canada :(

i dont think it is necessary to put the logos at an angle, i know that its like that in the actual broadcast, but the logos on the pitch are noe skewed which takes the genius away from the project, sorry to say, having said this you have done a fantastic job. maybe ariel or someone like Steve Sutton could make another graphic, specifically for the pitch score, unfortuanelty Steve is no longer on the scene and we hope to see him back soon.

The red colours under the Arsenal, Charlton and Aston villa logo, does that change to the colour of the team, cos atm u have posted 3 teams that wear red, and i wanted to know if it went blue when chelsea was playing etc.
