first of all, not every player has a face ingame, only those which are in the top 18 clubs in europe(accordding to EA, milan is not included) have faces.. Others do not have faces, period.

And about the ratings, i'm guessing that the ratings tells you how good a player plays in his favoured position, so it is reasonable some players' ratings look awkward. I still don't like forlan being better than soljkaer tho'//:f***:
