Hi guys. I am considering setting up a website which will give individuals the oppotunity to setup your own very own pes fansites for a minimal cost. i know there are many free hosting providers out there, but they all come with loads of pop ups and banners. this would be banner free, but would obviously incur a small cost. you would get lots of additional things such as e-mail etc. and an exclusive forum.
