No way dude. It's his fault for somehow. He wanted to get abroad and play in better league ( Austrian :P) and that's how he screwed his international career.

Wygraliśmy swoją grupę!!!:D

And yet we are still in last pot. :(

At least France, Turkey and Russia are there too. :p

That means we have to beat them in knockout round. :)

I'm probably gonna root for you in the EURO now as we are out. It would be nice to see some "small" football country win again, to bring our hopes up again, and I also like your style of play, good simple football. Good luck!

They're mostly called first time for the NT. They're young, talented and the most important thing - they want to get into the team for EURO 2008. During this camp we're going to play with one of turkish club and one international game with Bosnia. :)

Ehm, i don't really agree with the "easy group" statement.. :D
Czech Rep might really let you go higher than them, since some of their players are 30+ years now, and they are expected to retire soon.
But i suspect strong concurrency in NIR and Slovakia.
Northern Ireland were very brave and got their qualification chances until the last game in their EURO2008 qualifying group. More over they beat Spain and Denmark, they only slipped once with Iceland, as far as i remember.

Slovakia are becoming better and better. They were on play-offs for the World Cup 2006 and lost to Spain there. Last qualification campaign was not very good for them, but i bet that they are very lucky to have drawn Czech Rep and you, instead of .. let's say Portugal and Sweden...
Kozak and Borbely from the Artmedia as well as Cech from Porto and Mintal are very good players. They might cause you troubles.

Slovenia aren't bad team too. We played them twice in last campaign, beat them 3-0 and 2-0, but the best thing of their squad is .. it's very young team. A dozen 22-23-24 year old players, all of them playing in good leagues, like the french one, Seria A, etc. So, Slovenia won't be easy too. They lost their games from the previous campaign all of them at the end, in the last 10-15 minutes. It's maybe the fact they're too young and inexperienced.

I don't know what age your main players are, but i guess Smolarek is still in his pick.
My suggestion for group standing at the end:
1.Slovakia
2.Poland
3.Czech
4.NIR
5.Slovenia

Only the fact Rosicky will continue playing convinced me not to let Czech Rep to 4th..
Don't get me wrong, i like Czech Rep very much, their gamestyle and everything, but the problem is, a few guys like Koller, Yankulovski,.. will be around 33-34-35-36 by the end of 2008 ... I don't see them play in 2010.

Nobody has said is an easy group except Robbie.

I know it's going to be really hard race for place at WC 2010. I respect all of them but I'm not afraid of them. Our qualifying group to EURO 2008 was harder not only because of Portugal.

Polish team gets better and better, Beenhakker introduces young, talented players and that gives an effect. He changed our mentality and now we don't lose before the game starts. They know we can beat everybody and I believe in that too.

Yeh, that's kinda why I said sort of easy group statement before.
Muszimy uwiezyc ze mozimy wygrac kadza mecz. ;)

Even with that first loss 3 - 1 at home to Finland we still qualified top of group. :)
