Im pretty sure its going to follow me :( Oh well, I'll deal with it then.

It followed me to college and I'm getting ready for law school in the fall. Don't sweat it until it becomes a problem.

for f*cks sake, i deliberately came to the library on campus so i could focus and study and somehow i still ended up here. it's like a f*cking drug

haha you can't escape SG man, you just can't..

It used to drive me nuts when I'd be working on a project on and decide to take a 10 min break, so I'd come to SG for a quick read...about two hours later I'd still be here reading/posting utter crap! It amuses me though, maybe that's what's so addictive about it..

Everyday I come to work, the first thing I do is open up the SG page. And throughout the entire day I go through every new/old thread, new post. Sure, my job output may have gone down a little since I found this page. But I still get the job done.

That ******* word Procrastination, man. I ******* hate it. Along with my ceaseless and fruitless chase for pussy and unremitting masturbating, they're what keep me from making any progress in life.

One of the biggest downsides to adult life is that procrastination becomes much more costly and damaging than when you're younger.....it becomes less harmless and fun which really sucketh to hell, man.

used to be SG, now it's facebook, I'll always be like "i'll just take a 5 minute break", then I'll be on facebook for like 2 hours writing on people's walls and making random comments in groups :(

I'm in the middle of an amazingly productive all-nighter. I had some business around town tonight and got in around 10pm right in time for the new South Park. I told myself I was gonna watch it then get started on my hw and studying and s*it. Well South Park turned out to be about Guitar Hero and that got me in the mood to play. So after it finished I played GH and for anyone who has every played it you'll know what I mean when I say that you don't really stop playing that game. So I played until about 2am without doing anything. Around 1:30am I had decided this was gonna be an all-nighter so I went downstairs and got a bag full of leftover Halloween sweets to keep me sugared up. Since then I've completed all my Accounting hw and studied one lesson in advance, I've sent out all the important e-mails that I've been putting aside the entire week and I've started studying for my Psychology test tomorrow. I have 4.5 hours to go and I think I might actually finish everything in 2.5 which will leave me 2 hours to go watch one of the recorded CL matches awaiting on my DVR. I haven't decided which one yet but I'm leaning towards Barca - Rangers.

I have a story of procrastination to add. Last week I had to do a project in one of my college classes that was given to us a month in advance. It was worth a large chunk of our final mark. So of course I left it to the last day. Everyone in class kept on saying how hard and long the project was. In my mind I wanted to start around 4-6pm. At 6pm I was like oh well I'll start at 9, I'll have enought time. So 11 rolls around and I went to the gym to run. I came back at 12 and I started then. I worked till 5am, took a nap of 4 hours and then worked on it for 2 more hours before I had to head off to school. But boy did I finish it, 18 pages too. Its moments like these that you sort of feel proud to be a procrastinator, because of the amount of work you do at such a strange time.

I feel a lot more proud and happy with my work when I do it last minute contrary to doing it in advance.
