Maybe because you can't play at 110% for the whole ninety minutes.

Pretty much every serious team can turn it on and have their fifteen minutes of hard pressing.

And I think it's special when a team of Racing's calibre doesn't touch the ball while being ahead in the Bernabeu. If I didn't know better, I'd think they just focused on defending rather than doing what every fighting-for-survival team does in Madrid, and that's attack and keep possession.

Your team plays with no heart even after all the humiliation, which means they don't care too much, and the fans are still living in denial, thinking their team can beat anyone.

Im not asking for 110%, some of the players werent even giving it 10% in the first half. Every serious teams plays at thier best for most of the match not just 15 minuets of it, thats something were not doing.

They didnt defend amazingly, Ronaldo and Soldado missed good chances and Ronaldo should have had a penalty but still thats no excuse for why we lost. Hats off to Racing for thier display in this game but their defending wasnt amazing by any means.

Players with no heart, some of the players yes they dont and there the ones that need to be dropped. Fans are still living in denial? theres lots of teams i know we cant beat

Our strikers couldn't finish worth sh*t(Ronaldo & Soldado) Today, actually, the right move would have been to bring on Baptista instead of Soldado. Seven8, How can you say Soldado played well?

Balboa really was a positive note. He ran a lot, and appart from some crosses he was very lively.

Soldado tried to do something, not moaning like the brazilian ex phenomeno - now lazy bastard, always complaining instead of playing on and trying.

Soldado didn't have chances, but his positioning really moved things upront and we looked much more dangerous.

Baptista or Soldado, why not play both of them upfront and bench the #9!

maybe baptista will be better upfront.

oh and btw How about Gravesen would get another game now, Garcia wasn't really good either today.

Diogo last all the credit he had tonight, and neither I'm a fan of Salgado.
Are there any decent RB's in the B Team or how about putting Pavon or Helguera there?

the line up would be worth a shot IMO (swap between Zidane/Guti possible)

Good grief Madrid, wth? A loss to Racing Santander? Especially at home? Sad. I really don't know what the team can do to get back on it's feet. Is a revolution really the answer, starting this winter and throughout the summer? And what about the coaching situation. Apparently the current guy will be around till the summer. I just don't see things drastically improving para Los Merengues.

I am really down with the team they could have easily won the match but major error in defence totally ruin it for Real Madrid.Ronaldo is playing very poor he do not put much effort in his game.I really dont know if the team could come back better after the winter break but i do hope so or is gonna be another season to forget.

I think Lopez Caro, should use more "canteranos" to make a competition for places in starting 11, i mean the Castilla players want a chance and even if they are not World class players they play at 100%. no offense but if my team is gonna lose i prefer to see him fight than stay complainig and making frustations faces in the pitch....

Ronaldo has already confirmed he wants out. Only time will tell what would be made of his 'verba' agreement' with Chelsea. Favourites remain Chelsea and Milan although now his agent is in contact with another EPL club. And yer club has already coughed out for Cassano.

I have not seen Gravesen play a long while but if he is on his form of last year then he should get a game.
Balboa was impressive, i would like him to play more often.

I think most of us know that but no apologies needed. Most of us can see it in his face and he has openly said that he is unhappy. I dont care if Ronaldo leaves or not now, he has a sh!t attitude right now ( plus plays like crap on the field ) so he can leave if he wants to. Like i said above he and Carlos are showing these attitudes and both will be gone at the end of the season. Just give us the money. I dont want Cassano though.

Zidane did more running than him. Ronaldo coudlnt do anything at times. His control was bad, his passing was bad, his running with the ball was bad, his shots were bad. He scored with his head somehow though. There was times where Ronaldo just wouldnt go for the ball yet Zidane would and thats pretty funny considering how old Zidane is. It seems like he is just not focused on playing and winning, he might be more focused about leaving ( thinking about which team to go to maybe ) The performance isnt the thing about Ronaldo, its that he has said he is unhappy and he does not like it here anymore, just like Carlos. If this is how the players feel then they should go, its as simple as that.

Zidane tried yes, but always passing the ball back. Ronaldo has always played like this and scored many good goals with good assists. I dont understand the criticism on his play. His statement is one thing (all he said was that he felt like he was playing an aeay game), but his game was another. I dont think Zidane ran more, because alot of the times Ronaldo went back to get the ball, thus wasnt up front. The guy got the gol, made good passed (1-2 with Zidane, pass to Robinho, etc....) and shouldve won a penalty.

Who gives a **** if Ronaldo leaves he can **** off with Roberto Carlos, bring in Ashley Cole and Adriano in a swap with Ronaldo. The team at the minute is ****ed, i had high hopes for this season when we signed Robinho, Baptista and Ramos but only Ramos has played well really and we signed him to play CB cause are defence was **** and now play him DM im not even sure next season will be any different if Barca get Henry were ****ed again.

Ofcourse the team is F*CKED!! But those so called fans of Real dont help either. Only thing they say from the beginning to the end is 'boooooooooo' or they wissle the whole game! If they dont wanna support their team then they should just f*ck OFF! As for the team itself. I really think its not the coach's fault...So actually it was stupid to get rid of Luxa, because this team isnt a team. This is just a bag of hollywood stars that think they are pretty (Guti and Beckham for example). Lots of people had critics on Raul, that he didnt score a lot and so on...but the guy does ALWAYS show he wants to fight for HIS team! Im really sad about saying this because Ronaldo is my favorite player, but he really needs to get back in form (before his injury he was unstoppable!) and Robinho...pff i dont know what happened to this guy..did he forget how to play football?!..R. Carlos is a great player but he is over his top! Beckham does good, but still he is the one that started this f*cked up problem at real...we got him where we actually didnt need him (figo anyone?!)

So they should get rid of some hollywood stars and get some real fighters!
I already threw some glasses on the ground while watching real madrid matches and i dont want to do that anymore!

Becks was one of the few positive notes and his teamwork is second to none, whereas Ronie is on the opposite side of the ladder...

STFU, u didn't even watch the match. Maybe we started to play better in the 2nd half cause we make many players changes, like introducing a real right attacking midfielder.

In spite of the result, we didn't do a bad match at all, specially in the 2nd half, when we created a lot of ocassions, and showed a great attitude. But if we continue losing stupid points like these, we won't be able to even finish in CL spots (imo thinking of the league title is way too optimistc now).

2 conclusions: Ramos must be always in the defense (which was awful today -Woody where are u ), and Becks can't play in the right in a 4-2-3-1. In this formation you need players that actually can dribble, and we have many options (Robinho, Balboa, Adrian Martin...). Good changes by Caro.

Too bad were not given a clear penalty over Ronaldo, and Soldado missed 2 clear opportunities.

BTW to the crowd, they encouraged the team a lot in the 2nd hlaf, and could have whistled a lot more in the 1st half when we were 0-2 down.
