the sickest you've ever been

i don't think i've ever been as f*cking sick as I am right now. it started with a lump in my throat and a cough last thursday. i decided it was a good idea to go out and get thrashed that night and things only got worse from there. i had a fever for the next two days and saturday afternoon my right ear started to feel plugged. by the end of the night it was hurting like hell along with the entire right side of my face. got a fever again saturday night and then on sunday i was feeling a little better until around 5-6pm when my ear started being a bitch again, i got a horrible headache and since then they've both gotten worse plus now my left year is plugged as hell. imagine having both your ears stuffed with water for hours, days at a time and you can barely hear s*it and you hear this constant ringing. it f*cking sucks! i've been trying to figure out what s*itty ass things i did to deserve this and sadly i came up with too many things so i gave up :(. I went to the doc today and got myself a nice antibiotic prescription and I'm counting down the hours until i have to take it again. i can't wait to get rid of this damn ear infection, it probably feels worse than getting f*cked in the ear.

PS: i've been blowing my nose constantly for 3-4 days now and only blood has come out, thought you guys would wanna know that :p

er, antibiotics don't work on ear infections usually, the docs give it anyways instead of seeing if it's bacterial or not, evolution and such etc etc.

mmm, in the ear.

I had my ears stuffed after getting a cold a few months back. It felt like a thumping pain on my left side, then it would transfer to my right. I would wake up, whenever I'd actually manage to sleep, with a sharp ass pain in my ears, and the only way it would somewhat cease the pain was to put burning hot cotton balls in my ears. Also my throat would be completely stuffed, so it would hurt to eat or drink. I'm pretty sure I had a fever a few times, too.

I didn't actually go for the doctor until I couldn't stand it (it's a Mexican thing). Especially because I seem to ******* catch a cold every few months, so it wasn't anything new until I got that annoying ear ache. It sucked, especially when my job is actually calling people. I think in a span of two weeks I worked twice; not sure how I didn't get fired.

The doctor said I had some redness and some bacteria in my ears, so gave me antibiotics. The medicine would make me drowsy, so for about 4-5 days I slept around 18-20 hours. That actually wasn't bad, I like sleeping. The pain went away after about a week or so, but the stuffed feeling in my ear didn't actually fully go away for, like, a month.

Last thursday I felt so bad I cried. I thought my stomach was tearing open.

I had food poisoning on top of a sinus infection.

It's been a long long time since I felt really bad or really sick from anything that wasnt the responsibility of alcohol or drugs. I think my immune system must have become extremely hardcore because my living conditions of late havent exactly been hygenic. Infact, I cant remember being sick (expect for a spot of travellors dyareia (sp??) in thailand) for years and years. Awesome.

With you stuffedearrs, don't go for a flight. The pain will f*cking kill you. It feels like your head is gonna blow up.

I've never been seriously sick, I get a cold once in a couple of months period, but nothing else usually.

The 2005-06 New years eve wasn't too fun though. I was at Tennerife with my mom and brother. We ate lunch at a local pub and I guess that the sauce on my burger wasn't the best stuff, as by nine pm, when we were in the town central, walking around waiting for midnight, I started feeling real sick and my stomach was not feeling too good. We had to go back to the hotel (at new year's eve ON 9 PM!) and I started vomitting that night and on the New year's day, I pretty much just slept.

Not my favorite holiday memory. :(

the blood from the nose blowing is cause you've got a head cold (or whatever it's called).
I've been having it for a few days and it comes with frequent nosebleeds aswell. :(

You get cold once in a couple of months period? :D Damn, that can't be easy.

The worst thing I've experienced has to be a few months ago when I had mono. My throat hurt like hell and I couldn't eat or drink for days without literally having to scream out my pain. It took me about an hour to finish a glass of water. ******* nightmare.

Had flu really bad and went into some kind of shock, had to be taken to hospital and kept in over night on antibiotics. Like a 2 week flu. That was pretty damn ****.

That's all I've been doing since I took them this morning. Just sleeping, as soon as I lay down I wanna sleep. I just woke up from like a 6 hour nap and I feel like sleeping.

The worst part about the whole thing though was that this morning at the doctor's office he was looking in my ear with that thing and said "hold on there's a little clay in your right ear blocking my view" to which I got sort of embarrassed since I clean those ****s out every day but he goes along and grabs this long white stick with a small lasso thing at the end sand says "this might hurt a little" which is the worst thing a doctor can tell you. He stuck that s*it so deep in my ear I thought my head was gonna f*cking crack. It was that kind of REALLY painful white pain that you get at the dentist but like times 100. He pulled that s*it out and there was like a snowball sized (exaggeration) amount of clay, and I almost f*cking puked right there. F*ck bodily fluids!

LMAO!!!! :amika:

Dude, I know it must have felt pretty bad, but the way you explained it was sooo (H)

Btw, it's not very good to clean your ears out every day since you could irritate your ears....trust me....I had a HORRIBLE ear infection a few ears ago...my ear hurt like a b!itch!!!

Reading your first post tells me you might have a pretty bad ear infection...like the one I had a few years ago...

I got ecoli on a holiday when I was 13. As Dr Cox says, "it's just not ecoli unless it's firing out of both ends" . . . for nearly 2 weeks.

Even now, when I feel my stomach rumble I recoil a little :(

Kinda my punishment for playing in the rain and eating some stupid bakery food ....felt like someone is banging my head with a hammer, stuffed up my throat with my own **** and my anus was intoxicated with chemical burns

That week seemed so ****in long
