Yeah, Rui Costa played amazing, he as class all written over him, it would be awesome if he could keep this form during a big part of the season, and this confidence also. What a player!

manuel fernandes really leaves to portsmouth! it is just hard for me to even accept it.

not because only because we loose a fine player, but also because i cannot understand how can he be so cleverless?

he could stay in lisbon for 1 or 2 more years (after all he is only 20 years old) and maybe then go out to a better team like man. utd. or chelsea.

but now he is going to a minor team, and can be a forgotten-young-promise, like edgar or hugo leal... i think it is a very bad move for him (but maybe not so bad for benfica)

ugh, I hate Kezman... really hope it's not him. He rejected us once before back when he thought he was a superstar. Now that his career is going into the sh!tter, maybe he thinks he's Benfica material? F*ck that guy...I'd even take a coke-head Jardel over him anytime.

at least Saviola + Miccoli would be hilarious when we tried to cross the ball.

But no way we would win the league with that attack front, they're both good players but they can't play together as we need an aerial threat upfront.

Plus the wage issue and no way it will happen I'm affraid.

dont think so, Houllier rotates him with Fred and in pretty much every game they both play some minutes.

Kezman and the direction of A.madrid have stated that he's staying so he isn't an option.


someone like Julio Cruz might be more realistic if Inter get Trez or Ibra.

We won't play wings with F. Santos... just Rui and Karagounis trying to put some great opportunities for Micci Mice and (if confirmed) Saviola to get unmarked. Can allow us some penalties during the season for Katsouranis to score. :)
