Hi, guys!
I need help with the database. My team (FifaChamp.net) has created a brilliant patch with a surprising number of people and stadiums. But we do not have a transition between the leagues.

he means he want to make two or more divisions in one league in carrier.
We made second dev for RPL(Russian Premier League) but we can't do transition between FNL(second devision) and RPL(first devision) after season's ending
