I could get down with the "bribing Dinamo at halftime" conspiracy. But not so much with this one. Doubt the draw was rigged to benefit Lyon at the expense of Milan/Arsenal.

So here is the Basel-Bayern draw. Skip to 3:15.

That person picking Bayern's ball out, who doesn't look away when the balls are coming into his bowl... is Paul Breitner. Legend and current employee of Bayern Munich. (H)

Hahahaha holy **** he did it on purpose!

The best part is that he's even laughing through the whole thing. "LOL I rigged it, go FCB!!"

For the record, I support him even if he cheated. Thank you Breitner.

Sloppy sloppy goals given up in the Zenit-Benfica match. I've never been less excited to see two goals late in an important match.

It's difficult to do better under those conditions, -15º C and **** turf.. I wonder why Uefa gave their approval for the match to be played there..

Why not? If Zenit will lose, I doubt they'd moan about having to adjust to a 20 degrees warmer climate they're used to in february and a different turf than theirs.

If pitch is alright teams can't complain about weather. Rubin Kazan turf is always fine when we go there.

That's exactly my point, the pitch was crap. In England for instance the weather is usually bad during the winter, and still most clubs manage to have their pitch in good conditions.

It's ridiculous that UEFA allows this in the Champions League, suppose to be their flagship competition.. I don't see how this benefits the sport, people want to watch attractive football.

And what has that to do with anything?

Rather than trolling and naming random cities I'm simply stating that there isn't much of a weather difference between two cities, and yet one pitch is apt for playing football (in Kazan like Arnau said) and the other isn't (in St. Petersburg).

I just think it's stupid complaining about a pitch. We do it all the time though, Porto, Portugal, Portuguese clubs. It's nothing against Benfica, but come on.

And I'll troll whatever the **** I want, son.
