Well, because the squads at the end of the first season and the weeks before the start of the 2nd season has so much movement that hardly any of the squads resemble what they would genuinely be in real life. So, if the option file is up to date in terms of transfers, it's irrelevant if you're already into a ML game because the players are all over the place with the transfers the computer has done itself.

Masters League has gone further into unrealism this year despite being able to choose the teams you want. Growth players who can turn into the best player in the game, no options to turn transfers off, players aging too quickly and losing stat points by their 28th/29th birthday, etc.

I can't bring myself to even play ML at the moment, too unreal.

don't forget to check out regularly the French league infos at the first page of this thread. I will updating it on a regular basis 'till the transfer window closes

Ok, YOUTH PLAYERS - freaking hate them!!!

Bit pissed at the unrealistic youth players who let's face it, aren't real and add too much fantasy to the game. I'm going to replace them with real players so that at least ML will be more like the real thing. If they are genuine youth/reserve players then at least when you add them to your team it's more realistic than before.

wolf mate - could you correct the foot preference for quite a few players, i've seen a few, most notably Ljungburg, Ewerthon. Great patch by the way, looks promising

Sure, some of them have reversed in the database translation process. If you could list all the ones you're aware of, I'll change them before the final release.

wolf could you include a txt.file with your option file listing the players you created using existing players just so we know where to find them for future reference like for changing appearance etc

ex:michael carrick(tottenham)-insert player you used to create him over and team to find him in edit mode

ps,you were mentioning that you are gona replace youth players with real players,are these just the randomly generated youth players in the ml?i didnt now pes4 had randomly generated youth players,i know pes3 did but didnt know pes4 had

I'm hoping that you wont take away real promising youth players, like Izmailov, glen-johnson, lahm, nilmar and the list goes way further

because those players develope ALOT in real life to

I know this is a stupid question, but how do I activate this option file? I'm copying "folder 1" into my saves folder, and I still get Rooney on Everton, wrong players on Germany, etc.

Am I supposed to delete something, or am I putting "folder 1" in the wrong place?

what u see in EDIT PLAYER is not what the option file works on
u should look them up in EDIT TEAM/ EDIT BACK NUMBER and those are who you'll see in match mode

the ones in EDIT PLAYER are related to para_we8.bin
not the option file
