And why not? With the Bseball playoffs and the NFL nobody was going to care this time around. When the US was eliminated yesterday the score wasnt mentioned anywhere on the radio. Who cares anyway. Womens soccer has always been seriously dull. With the Cubs in unchartered territory and the NFL so tight, the WC had as much chance as the Chargers.

well the stadium was full wasnt it lol and they had the highlights on espn but i agree womens soccer is very boring.

i think womens soccer is interesting i like yesterday game sweden vs canada it was well played(i was impress by ljunberg and svensson they play well) but it was probably because i was looking at the babes....ya(well some look like men thats scary). I know mens soccer is better but will it hurt to watch womens play once in a while (i enjoy watching Women World Cup only i don't like the women usa league it's gets boring and boring.) i have only watch about 5 games so far in WWC, i have enjoy it. Mens soccer is better because they make tight goals and awesome ones and play alots better and faster and have better skills.

I would, and do, watch women's soccer rather than rounders...er...I mean baseball.

I've watched quite a few matches actually and I don't know why ppl are complaining, as compared to other women's sports I find women's soccer to been quite entertaining.

Lang's goal for Canada last night was an absolute screamer.

she's a playmaker really. she's a good passer, but can't really shoot straight. anyways, she was a bit out of favor in the women's lineup since heinrich wanted a 4-3-3.

Last night's semifinal games were pretty good though. But yeah, with everything else going on right now, it was never bound to get much attention.

It wasen't planned to be played at this time, it was going to take place in June.

The SARS outbreak in China forced them to move it, and the US was prepared to handle it.

IMO the women games have been entertaining, but they lack media support, big name players, and all the bells and whistles to attact more people... also we are talking about soccer here in the US... IMO I still don't know what Football people were thinking calling football... football The US always think they are better and try to change things man I wished I lived anywhere but here due to my football passion
