This is one of the best Becks faces EVER!

First of all, you don't have to look at the hair, I can't change the color because when I do that there are holes everywhere in the hair. Thats because I've converted it from WC 2002 demo which has only the black version of the hair type. Changing the eyebrows is not difficult.

The second point is, I don't try to clone EA's one (which is the best one till now, but can be better), I try to clone the real David Beckham.

I use the neogf technique and thats a new technique you all know. So I'm only a beginner too. It's not the final version of my face and I only want to show my improvents to all of you. That's all. If you see the first pic and you look at the last one you can see it is al lot better.

For today I don't post any pics anymore, tommorrow there will be new ones.

I dont think the EA version is perfect, I think the nose is wrong, and the eyes look a bit weird.

And, u dont realize that we have an atvantage.....the wc2002 is finish now, we have all the time (until they make a new fifa) to improve and make new and better faces that EA. Anyway, is a question on "TRUST". If u dont trust on urself, hmmmm, difficult to do something fine...u know...for this reason, i apreciate a lot the people that put all his improves and imagination to do things better that a great company like EA.

Scaned faces???, yes mate, sure that they put Beckham over the AGFA scan for a few minutes...hehehehe. You dont now that theres a technique for scan on 3D on RHINO. Please read more about the program and his tutorials. For put a simply example, most of the cars that u drive mates are modelling with rhino (ford, opel, etc).

Is not a joking program, only depends that if u work seriously and with its all potential or not.

But, i dont worry about it....time give reason...u will see. Believe.

You have just proven my point. You are one sensitive bugger. Spare me the lecture on Rhino3D, I know how good that program is but compare to 3D Studio Max, it is nothing. 3DstudioMax is more powerful about the render, bipeds, and this kind of things, but try to make a nurbs face with it, hehehehe, is more easy with rhino. Other time, close mind, u must to use all the virtues of each program, not only one, 3dsmax is good for some things, rhino for others, maya for others, etc.....

When i say jelous i dont referd to me, i referd to the work spirit of all people, im not egocentric like other people. And my horse ride forever, working to achieve that people like u dont say fool things, my horse ride forever to achieve that all people can enjoy my knowledge. Is not useful to know something if u cannot give it to somebody. I dubt that u cannot understand it.

If u start to compare if u are better than other people show me u work, hehehehe, u are like a child.....and i have time to waste with children. More than if u have not idea how to use flash. And i dont need to insult anybody, because with this fool things (wasting the time making a flash animation calling me idiot, and dont working in some productive), u show to all the mates that the only dead mind are u.

Look I don't want to start the war of words. All I said was that the Becks headshape from WC2002 is the best one. So I don't see why people would want to waste time making it from scratch. If anything, it should be improve upon. Then you started to insult me that my imagination were closed. That's why I called you sensitive. Then you go and attack me on how I don't edit anything in FIFA so I can't comment on other's people work. OK, if someone is going to post a face and claim that is it one of the best face, which it is not, then I have right to make comment on it. If someone don't like it, then don't make such a stupid statement. When do I compare myself to anyone here. It seems you have some issue with people having different opinions and making up things. OK, I am closedminded. Did I not comment that your NEOGF techique is great. But no matter what tools you use to make head shape for the faces, it will never be the same as EA's because they have the proper tools to do it. After all it is their game. The HedgeHog's faces are the best, but the textures look like wax. Maybe it is FIFA2002, because the faces in WC2002 has more realistics skin texure. I don't want this debate to go on anymore. Finally someone understand what I was saying in the first place. There many specific player's headshape and faces in WC2002. You don't have to start from scratch and make a Becks one, because there is a good one already in WC2002. Veron's headshape looks like his in real life also. Ronaldo for one doesn't have a specific face for some reason. That is one face I would like to see make. Not a hundred Becks faces that does not look as good as the one from WC2002. I hope guys understand what I first trying to say.

Todo es mejorable, todo, incluso los gráficos y modelos de EA, todo. En eso estarás de acuerdo, por lo tanto, si se puede mejorar algo, y solo lo haces por diversión, por que no hacerlo???. De acuerdo que el primer intento de esta cara no ha sido nada del otro mundo, pero estoy seguro que poco a poco la gente se hará con las herramientas (EA tambien trabajan con rhino, es un hecho) y harán caras mejores.

Que tú no quieras perder el tiempo es una cosa, pero los demás no sentimos que perdemos el tiempo, si no que contribuimos a hacer mejor este juego, nada más.

Y eso de que no has echo ninguna animación flash, me da igual, pero el link lo has puesto(está aquí arriba, por eso lo he copiado, para que lo veas), y el único que ha insultado aquí eres tú, con ese estúpido link, que no se que tiene que ver con esta discusión. Lo de Carver y tú, no se de que va, no tengo ni idea.

En fín, yo doy por terminada mi intervención en este dialogo, a la espera de que el headshape y las texturas del wc2002 (que por cierto utilizan la misma técnica que en el nba live....) se puedan mejorar, y que de aquí a algunos meses, veas como hay mejores caras de Bechkam que la que ha echo EA (por cierto, la de Zidane es penosa, parece un payaso).

Las herramientas no serán las mismas, pero en este foro somos más de 4.000 personas trabajando con ilusión, en EA, no son ni la mitad...y trabajan por dinero, no por otra cosa.
