well, as shocking as it may sound man u has lost their 6th premiership games this season. one thing that i've never dream of at the beginning of the season... now what should the board do as it is a crisis no matter how fergie tried to hide it...

my personal view, it all starting to go wrong when fergie brought ruud and veron to the team, as he start his so called 4-4-1-1 formation. Then, the sell of stam really hit the team spirit hard... and which i think is the s-u-c-ker punch...

just put your view on how man u going to resolve this little crisis...

sorry. that was harsh. they should just quit playing in the Premier League, FA Cup and Europe, play no games and have all their players slowly retire without playing another game, then abandon the club.

Buying Ruud good idea, but buying Veron was stupid! They have enough good midfielders and it just makes it harder on the bests!:D Parra Power i have a better idea send all good players to INter Milan for free:D

Believe me, I dislike ManU as much as the next guy... but you know they'll be there at the end. All they have to do is finish 4th and they're in next years Champion's League. Granted, they won't get the "Supeme Bragging Rights" awarded to the EPL winner, but that's not fatal. They'll still be in the big buck$.

Serious soccer fans should lament the demise of Ipswich Town, that sad tale of rags-to-riches and back to rags again! Take note Chievo Verona.

What should they do? Nothing. It's just a spell... they will come over it. I find it amazing how everybody's overreacting. Of course it's been a bad season so far. The League is probably out of our hands now.. but ManUtd will bounce back.

As for tactical decisions to solve the current problems... well I have read some really, really stupid things on this thread. I'm not offending anyone, as I respect everybody's views, but saying that Ruud and Veron are a waste of money is nonsense. Veron is a world-class player and Ruud will become one.

I agree with those who say that the 4-4-1-1 system isn't working.. because it clearly isn't. Fergie has to make the hard choice of leaving one of five midfielders on the bench. As Veron costed them 28.1m they will always play him.. so I think that Scholes would be the victim. And of course selling Stam was a decision that never should have been taken.. that's obvious.

ManUtd just have to work hard.. stay focused and ditch the squad-rotation and they will bounce back... finishing 2nd or 3rd in the PLeague.

buying ruud and veron is not a waste of money... it is just that veron just can't seem to fit into the team yet... well i sure hope that they can bounce back and give a better fight then this...
