Sorry shev, but your site is an absolute mess!

You've tried to put too much on it and it looks very cluttered and untidy.
One thing when working on a site: Keep it simple at first, then move on to more variety.
You have tried to put too many various things on it e.g the mouse cursor with the text following it. It would look alot nicer to just have a normal one. Same goes with the backgrounds you've chosen. They may look fancy on their own, but with text over them they look really tacky. Just a colour would look neater, preferably not a warm/bright colour. Just look at fifa2001.com, it has a purple/turquoise tinge that really works well and makes the text clear and easy to read.

One other tip: Don't have your links/buttons all over the page, keep them straight in a column at the side (that's if you have any info or news to write about in the middle)

Hey, if you can't take some criticism you shouldn't have posted it in here.

It was not negative criticism, it was constructive criticism. Take note of what he says and learn from it.

I used to have crap sites, and I copped alot of critisism for the way mine were designed, and I listed to what they had to say, changed it and now I make good sites.
