Through ball in PES 5 (demo)

I dont know if you guys turned an eye at it but the through ball in PES 5 is sooo damn easy...i only play through balls in the game..for example when i play arsenal i always pass the ball to reyes and the immediatly just push the through ball button without even knowing that henry is somewhere BUT with all the magic in the world the ball ALWAYS comes into the feet of the supersprinting henry and i score like 4 goals like that per game :nape:

Now what i wanna point out is that its very fun to play beautifull trough balls like that but its even easier then the ***** Fifa05(god i hate that game) through ball and thats not a good thing :(

just try it out and you ll see what i mean...dont get me wrong, i love the game but this is a bit stupid of Konami (like the shooting system but thats been said 100 times so i wont talk about it :) )

The lofted through ball, on the other hand, isn't easy. It seems to be way over strength most of the time and straight through to the keeper. Of course that could be down to my ham-fisted attempts at using it. :)

Justhammy, I agree with you on that one 100%. In fusion with too difficult dribbling (see my thread) Pes5 seem a bit unbalanced. You can send a throughballs blindly forward and if there's a fast forward like Henry, Duff or Robben then 60% of the time it ends up with one-on0one or at least a clean shot on goal.
They've sacrificed dribbling over easy through passes.

Heh, strange, but it's vice versa in my opinion. Lofted throughballs are even more effective for me. I often make a very long high through ball right from my half with defender and it ends up as a very good opening for my forwards or wingers. These passes are just too precise and somehowe always turns out to fall right in front of my player rather than been intercepted by D.

Didn't notice at first but damn, through balls ARE easy. Even easier than last year (and they were easy last year)

Agreed, you can't dribble but you can score 35 yard screamers with ease and 85% of your through balls work. Not a very balanced game.

I do hope it's just the demo, but I doubt it.

omg easy throughballs! This will ruin online gameplay, as i already see people in pes4 making blind throughball all the time. In pes5 it will be worse. :boohoo:
