i'll send him in this direction, see if he can give you a hand You needs to edit the files popups.abg and popups.big which are located in the data\popups folder
you will need EA graph to edit them.
The .abg file contains a .fsh file where all the graphics are kept
the .big file contains loads of .lay files, which correspond to the different popup incidents, for ex. yellow card, goal, etc. They have relative file names (most of the time).
I would suggest using EA's as a base and edit the popup images, then concentrate on the font colour and alignment later

Well I'm not a great popupmaker...I have just did coupla popup.But I would tell that editing .bly files in popups.big isnt a easy job.You need to have HexEditor for it.It really needs skills to make a popup.But there are some edited popups.big so you just have to do grafix in popups.abg.
And If I'm not mistaken Breamster too used Ariels's popups.big file as base and redo the grafix by himself.

OK looks like this is a not a job for an amateur so it would be nice if someone could make clocks and bookings, statistics and goal pop-ups like the red and blue ones used on Sky Sports. It would give FIFA a more realistic feel and would like very good in game! I could try and supply pictures if needed. Hopefully someone will make them! Thanks in advance!
