First of all, here are a few examples of my work: (I'll probably release them as packs in the future, these are, as I said, just a few examples)

Installation Instructions
(for any miniface named "p#playerID.dds")
1. Drop the file into FIFA 15\data\ui\imgAssets\heads
2. Regenerate and done.
!This does work with existing careers as it does not change the database!
